You had me at 're-wilding wolves in the Scottish Highlands.'

Inti Flynn arrives in Scotland with her twin sister, Aggie, to lead a team of biologists tasked with reintroducing fourteen gray wolves into the remote Highlands. She hopes to heal not only the dying landscape, but Aggie, too, unmade by the terrible secrets that drove the sisters out of Alaska.

"Inti is not the woman she once was, either, changed by the harm she’s witnessed—inflicted by humans on both the wild and each other. Yet as the wolves surprise everyone by thriving, Inti begins to let her guard down, even opening herself up to the possibility of love. But when a farmer is found dead, Inti knows where the town will lay blame. Unable to accept her wolves could be responsible, Inti makes a reckless decision to protect them. But if the wolves didn’t make the kill, then who did? And what will Inti do when the man she is falling for seems to be the prime suspect?

Propulsive and spell-binding, Charlotte McConaghy's Once There Were Wolves is the unforgettable story of a woman desperate to save the creatures she loves—if she isn’t consumed by a wild that was once her refuge." (from Goodreads)

This is not a book review, but... I just finished this beautiful wild thing and I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN. I'm going to go out on a limb and say it will be one of my top reads for 2022.

AND IT'S ONLY FEBRUARY.

I like how the company focuses on solving problems before they become more expensive. The repair information is clear, practical, and useful for anyone maintaining a residential pool. Homeowners looking for Pool Repair Services near me should definitely review this page before making a decision.

I enjoyed reading this thoughtful piece because it goes beyond a typical book review and explores the feelings and ideas the story leaves behind. I remember finishing a novel that stayed on my mind for days, and it made me appreciate books in a different way. Around that time I also used Programming Assignment Writing Service UK while handling a difficult coding project during exam season. It reminded me that both good stories and learning experiences can leave a lasting impact.

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which I live, work and write, a place where the Dharawal and Dhurga language regions meet, and pay my respects to Elders past and present.
